800g to 1kilo of meat
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbs brown sugar
Will also need a 1/3 cup of BBQ sauce for glazing the ribs at the end. After your ribs have been cooking covered in foil for approx 2 hours. Uncover ribs, drain all the juices from the baking pan. Glaze ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for 10 minutes. Repeat this glazing process 3 times.
